If you’ve played video games in the last 20 (or more) years, you probably played a game that had a great soundtrack with amazing songs on there. There are so many songs that I found throughout the years, that I might have never known about — if it wasn’t for the video games, I played having them on there. Sometimes, the songs were the best part of the game.

It’s a lot of great music that I’ve felt grateful to have come across on video games. But, you have those special songs that bring back touching memories of you pressing buttons in front of a TV. You remember where you were — when you heard these songs — on the game you were playing at the time. The tracks below are a select few, that caught my ear the first time I heard them, and have stayed with me ever since I heard them.
