Don’t Feel Bad If You Don’t Believe In Yourself
Believing in yourself is hard work in a hostile world
There’s a lot of emphasis from self-helpers online about having confidence and believing in yourself. It’s easy advice to give, but hard to achieve if your belief in yourself is already shaky.
So the non-believers in themselves can’t see a possibility where they’ll ever have a strong belief in themselves and honestly, that’s okay.
It’s okay to not believe in yourselves if the belief isn’t there in your soul. If all you feel is emptiness in your stomach, then that’s what you feel. If you don’t feel confident about trying something new, that’s the truth within speaking to you. If you don’t believe that you can complete a task, then that’s what you believe in that moment.
There’s too much emphasis online on being confident, having the right attitude, and being strong 24/7. That’s good advice if you want to be a android or a cartoon character. But truthfully, having a 100% belief rate isn’t realistic.
Shoot, just having a 10% belief rate can be a chore for certain people if they don’t have a solid support system that can coach them up to a healthy belief system in themselves.
