It’s Not Much…But It’s Honest Work
Today, while was on my final break at work, I saw that I had gotten an email from Medium Partner Program.
Just the title of the mail alone had me excited, after, what felt like an eternity just to get into the program!
When I applied for the program the first time in September, I couldn’t wait to be accepted after gaining 100 followers (that alone was exciting for me, thank you to all my followers!), and having the other requirements it took to apply for the program.
Soon though, a week turned into two weeks, two weeks had turned into three weeks, and then, before you know it, a month had passed since I applied. I started to get worried and think that Medium rejected my application. I checked all my emails, even the spam ones to see if something came. So, I waited two weeks more before I decided to apply again to the program.
I apply again to the Medium Partner Program in October just to see what would happen this time. A day later, I get an email from Medium informing me that I was accepted into the program! I was hyped when I got the news!
When I saw the first amount I had earned today, I was ecstatic!
