Luke Skywalker’s Joker Is Too Much Fun
The Joker is one of my favorite characters ever created. I’ve liked him for what feels like…forever. I just love his maniac laughter. It always makes me laugh when I listen to it on Youtube videos. I also like how he finds humor in almost any situation.
I see that trait of the Joker in myself — just on how he tries to keep his comedy going with other characters to keep him from falling into total despair. In recent years, I’ve done a better job of showing my serious side that I’ve concealed for so long, for fear that people wouldn’t want anything to do with me anymore if I wasn’t on comedy-wise.
It just got to a point where I wanted to show that there are different dimensions to me besides the funny eccentric guy.
Plus, he’s just a fun character to impersonate (in his light-hearted ways).
Several actors have had the pleasure to play with whether on film or TV. With respect to Cesar Romero, Jack Nicholson, and…the other actors who took on the character. For me, Mark Hamill’s portrayal personifies the character in a flawless way. He has the perfect amount of humor and shows just enough to the viewers that he can be very menacing as well.
