The match is set.

After defeating the Boston Celtics last night, The Miami Heat will join Denver Nuggets in the NBA Finals. That series begins on Thursday.

After a disheartening game 6 loss against the Celtics, the Heat did the unthinkable and won game 7 in Boston to become Eastern Conference Champions.

With how game 7 started, Miami looked like they were in danger of getting blown out by Boston in the first quarter. They weren’t hitting their shots to stay with the Celtics.

Luckily for them, the Celtics didn’t take advantage of their slow start. Eventually, the Heat would find their rhythm and take off offensively.

Heat players like Max Strus, Caleb Martin, Duncan Robinson, and Haywood Highsmith would help the Heat get a good lead over the Celtics in the first and second quarters.

The Heat would keep making it rain on the Celtics (with the Celtics making mini-runs here and there) in the second quarter.

It looked like the Celtics were going to make a big run to take the lead in the third quarter. But the Heat always had an answer to slow them down.
