After a hard day’s work at the Mercury Courthouse, Judge Ryan Watson was eager to head home. Ryan was in his blue Nissan Ride; taking off his white wig. Before throwing it in the passenger seat, Watson’s phone rang loudly.

’Hey, Ryan, did you leave the courthouse yet?’’, asked Judge Stiller, Ryan’s closest friend at work.

‘’No, not yet. What’s up?’’

‘’We need you back here immediately. We have an emergency case that needs to be done right now.’’

‘’Seriously? Now?’’

‘’I’m sorry, buddy. I know this is going to take time away from important matters, like browsing on social media. But this one can’t wait. This is urgent — I was told.

‘’You got to be kidding me. I hate my life sometimes.’’

‘’The big Judge requested for you to come back to work.’’

Ryan let out a deep sigh.

‘’ Leon. Of course, he did. That old man hates me. I’ll be so glad when he retires.’’

‘’You and me both, bud.’’

‘’All right, I’ll be there in a few.’’
