The Return To Video Game Life

Until yesterday, I thought I was done with playing video games for good. I just didn’t have that same drive to cut on my console, have my eyes glued to the tv, and just enjoy hitting buttons for two to three hours. The last time I had that experience was six years ago when I had my PlayStation 3. I enjoyed that console.

It was a dramatic improvement from the second PlayStation system. You could do various stuff like using the internet and play music on it. There was also an option called Playstation home where you could meet other gamers through different places.

It was fun turning on the PS3 every day after a long day at work. One of the main reasons why I cherish my time with Playstation 3 was because of this game called Batman: Arkham Asylum. That game was amazing! It was intense and the Joker character was never better than he was in Arkham.

Yep. Those experiences were a lifetime ago in-game years. I was 23 at the time. All the friends I had made on Playstation home had probably moved on in their lives as I have. I would spend the last six years working on my own life. It was around that time I have people come into my life who would bring the best out of me.

Some would remain in my life while others would drift away. Like certain people, my love for video games would drift away also. I just didn’t have the same…
